We perform regularly in the village with a Carol Concert in Willaston Church at Christmas, an Easter Concert – usually in the Church- and 2 nights summer concert in the Memorial Hall where the venue allows us to vary our programme more. We also sing at weddings in Willaston Church when requested. Although the majority of our 45 members now come from outside Willaston we still consider our choir to be part of the community.

Our current Musical Director is Clive Nicholson and Accompanist is Elizabeth Fairweather who are very experienced and very encouraging.

We are always looking for new members (especially Tenors and Basses). The ability to sight read is a bonus but not a necessity and being part of the choir is an ongoing “learning experience.”  The main requirements are a love of singing, able to sing in tune and able to commit to regular attendance at rehearsals.
